Work at The Denholm Group

Take a look at the roles…

Thank you for your interest in joining The Denholm Group. The Denholm Group is a diversified family business, operating four divisions: Shipping, Logistics, Seafoods and Industrial Services. Despite the diversity of the Denholm Group, we observe a set of common values that has always been at the heart of our business philosophy. The Group employs over 1,700 people, who all work to the principles of the ‘Denholm Standard’: upholding the law, integrity, fairness and respect.

We are a fifth-generation family company with our roots in shipping and maritime services. To ensure the continued strength of the Group, each generation has carefully considered the longer-term view of the future. That is why today, The Denholm Group has purposefully evolved into the four divisions, and we continue to expand through organic growth and acquisition. This approach benefits all our stakeholders while providing the successful applicant variety and a range of different challenges and opportunities across the Group.

The IT department supports the entire group and is a pivotal part to the business’s overall success. Guided by our IT strategy, which steers the organisation’s transformation, we are looking to enhance our team and shift from a reactive, break-fix model to a proactive, strategic business unit that allows us to deliver substantial value to Denholm and bolster service delivery. This evolution is supported by the addition of a number of key roles across Project Management, Integration, and Site Services to drive forward our vision.

If you are interested in supporting the development not only of the IT function, but the business as a whole, within an established and progressive company with strong values, then we look forward to hearing from you.
